NOTE:

1. When you receive the watch, charging first.
2. Connect your smartwatch via the "Da Fit" app. DO NOT connect it directly to the Bluetooth of your phone.
3. If you need automatic 24-hour heart rate monitoring, please activate the all-day heart rate in the "Da Fit" app (Device> Other> Activate all day heart rate). Automatically monitors your heart rate every 30 minutes.
4. Make sure the watch connected the APP, the clock's time and weather are automatically synchronized with your phone. Just set the time on the phone, not the smartwatch.
5. Since measuring the heart rate requires the green light on the back of the watch to flicker, it is done by the reflection of your skin, because black can not reflect very well, so this watch is NOT Suitable for people with black skin who need to measure heart rate.
